GASTRONOMY
The hotel has two spaces to enjoy the local gastronomy: the “qawasqar” restaurant and the “Restobar De Agostini”. Both places are inspired by the majestic nature of Patagonia and its diversity of landscapes throughout the seasons. The chef Walter Leal, master chef, fuses local ingredients to offer a unique culinary experience that reflects the gastronomic diversity of the region.

HISTORY
río serrano hotel + spa is a regional and family business founded by Jaime Arancibia Tagle, who by profession is a builder, developing a project for tourism purposes in a remote place in the Torres del Paine National Park. It began operations in 2002 as a 20-room inn and over time it became a 108-room hotel, being considered today as the tourist complex that has the best infrastructure in Torres del Paine.
